A little girl is crying because she has lost her balloon and it is stuck at the top of the pole, and kind man comes up climbs the pole and brings the balloon down in his teeth, however as he is about to give it back to the little girl her mother appears and tells him off. The man walks back to his apartment all sullen with the balloon, and in his apartment are lots of balloons.
